Registration for the 2026 NPC is now open!
The deadline to register for the conference (and to make your hotel reservation) is April 24, 2026. Please note that this is a hard deadline, as the hotel requires attendance numbers in advance.
Registration includes all meals from Monday evening to Thursday evening, except Tuesday dinner (dinner on your own) and Wednesday dinner (dinner with health plan providers). 5% GST (#122965320) will be added to all charges.
If you need to cancel, registration fees are fully refundable until the registration deadline of April 24, and are fully transferable to another member of your staff right up until the start of the conference. Fees are non-refundable after April 24, and any changes to dietary restrictions must be received by May 12.
This registration form is exclusively open to professional staff at AMICCUS-C member associations, as well as professional staff at other student organizations connected to a post-secondary institution. Sponsors and other commercial affiliates must contact Shari Hildred, AMICCUS-C Executive Director, directly at amiccusc@gmail.com to register. Registration submissions that do not meet the above criteria are subject to cancellation.
