• No-Show Reservations/Early Departure/Guest Room Cancellation Policy:
  • No-Show Reservations: Guest Room Reservations where the Guest has not arrived on their confirmed arrival date will be cancelled by the Hotel and the party which has guaranteed the reservation will be charged an amount equalling one night, room and taxes, and 50% of room revenue, along with applicable taxes for any remaining nights (i.e. nights 2, 3, 4, etc.).
  • Early Departure: An early departure fee equalling one night of the confirmed Guest Room Rate plus applicable taxes will be charged to the party which has guaranteed the reservation and 50% of room revenue, along with applicable taxes for any remaining nights (i.e. nights 2, 3, 4, etc.).
  • Guest Room Cancellation Policy: Individual Guest Rooms within the block may be cancelled up to 3:00 pm (3) three days prior to the initial arrival date of the Guest Room reservation, without payment (subject to Hotel’s Attrition Policy). Cancellations after this point will be billed to the party which has guaranteed the reservation: one night, room and taxes, and 50% of room revenue, along with applicable taxes for any remaining nights (i.e. nights 2, 3, 4, etc.).

Here are some important details to help with your travel plans:

Airport: Abbotsford International Airport (YXX)
 Abbotsford Airport is the nearest airport to Chilliwack, just a short 35-minute drive away, and serviced by major airlines. 

*A limited number of shuttles will be available for arrivals on November 4th and departures on November 7th. Please indicate if you need shuttle transportation on your registration form along with your arrival time/flight number.*

Otherwise, an UBER will cost you approx. $50 each way

Driving:
If you're flying into Vancouver and/or driving to Chilliwack, the hotel offers free parking.

We understand that many of you prefer to review the agenda before committing, and we appreciate your patience. We’re moving as quickly as practical to finalize it.  What we can tell you is that we want to create a space for meaningful connection. You can expect engaging, conversation-driven sessions with ample time to discuss and workshop ideas with peers from across the region. Additionally, we’re excited to feature speakers who are local to the Fraser Valley, including insights from the talented minds at The University of the Fraser Valley.
