Hello all,
We’re in the midst of creating and refining our Strategic Plan, and we’re keen on tapping into the collective wisdom of the Amiccus community. We’re eager to learn from your experiences and insights.
If you’ve navigated this process before, we’d love to hear about your strategies, approaches, and any lessons learned along the way. Additionally, if you’ve enlisted external support from a company, we’d greatly appreciate your recommendations.

I’m happy to share what we have done in the past and will be doing next year as well. I have past experience facilitating Strategic Plans for other Organizations and brought that to experience to my ED role with MSA. Happy to have a conversation to support.

Great Marc, I am in the same boat with Marc having been part of several plan developments as staff, directors and also stakeholders. I am hosting a session at AMICCUS-C that you can join and we can springboard off that session to go deeper if you want :). See you soon here in London!
