    President & GM / ED overlap?

    Hi all, our SU is struggling with some overlap between the roles & responsibilities between ED & President. I rely heavily on my employment contract to clarify my duties while President / CEO relies on Bylaws. My question for you is, do any of your Bylaws incorporate staff structure and set parameters for student involvement in Operations or HR matters? If not in the Bylaws, where do you capture this information?
